U.N. peacekeeping forces were informed about the rocket firing on northern Israel 10 days ahead of the attack, the daily An-Nahar reported Sunday.
It said UNIFIL headquarters in the border town of Naqoura received the warning from several sources.

Israel filed a complaint to the United Nations holding the Lebanese government responsible and said Beirut wasn't doing enough to prevent the presence of armed groups and weapons.
