"Pictures from the scene of the heroic operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack) at the religious Zionist institute, in response to the assassination of Martyr (Shahid) Yussuf Al-Ramouni 'Abu Jihad.'"

Ook Fatah vierde de ‘heroische operatie’:

"Handing out candy in the cities of the West Bank in celebration of the Jerusalem operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack), which was carried out to avenge the execution of Martyr (Shahid) Yussuf Al-Ramouni and the violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque." [Facebook, "Fatah - The Main Page", Nov. 18, 2014]

Murder of 4 Jews praised by Abbas' advisor and Fatah

Contradictory messages from the PA

in response to murder of Jewish worshippers:

Abbas condemned the murders

while his advisor and Fatah praised them

Abbas' advisor about the murders:

"heroic operation"

Abbas' Fatah "welcomes the operation"

and "escorts the Martyrs to Paradise"

 Abbas' Fatah: "Handing out candy

in the cities of the West Bank

in celebration of the Jerusalem operation"

Abbas' office: "The President's office condemns

the murder of the worshippers"

by Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik

Following this morning's murder of 4 Jewish worshippers in a Jerusalem synagogue, Palestinian Authority Chairman Abbas' advisor Sultan Abu Al-Einein immediately praised the attack as a "heroic operation" on his Facebook page. He posted graphic images showing pools of blood and dead Jews in prayer shawls, as well as a photo of the dead terrorists with a bloody butcher's knife on the ground next to them. Al-Einein referred to them as "Martyrs."

(See below - WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES)

These "Martyrs" were two Arab terrorists, Ghassan and Uday Abu Jamal from East Jerusalem, who entered a synagogue in Jerusalem and attacked worshippers with guns, knives and axes, killing 4 and injuring 8, 4 of them seriously. The terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with the Israeli Security Forces that arrived on the scene.

Speaking in the name of MPs from Abbas' Fatah movement, spokesman Jamal Tirawi announced that they "welcomed the Martyrdom-seeking operation (Istish'had) in Jerusalem," and were "escorting the Martyrs (Shahids) of the Abu Jamal family to Paradise." [Donia Al-Watan News website, Nov. 18, 2014]

Fatah also immediately celebrated the killings, announcing on Facebook that people were "handing out candy":

"Handing out candy in the cities of the West Bank in celebration of the Jerusalem operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack), which was carried out to avenge the execution of Martyr (Shahid) Yussuf Al-Ramouni and the violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque." [Facebook, "Fatah - The Main Page", Nov. 18, 2014]

Palestinian leaders and media have been quick to explain today's murders as a response to the alleged killing of an Arab bus driver two days ago. On Nov. 16, 2014, Yussuf Al-Ramouni, an Arab bus driver from East Jerusalem, was found hanged at a bus terminal in Jerusalem. Although an autopsy performed by the Israeli Abu Kabir Forensic Institute and a pathologist chosen by the family of Al-Ramouni revealed no signs of violence, Palestinian leaders and media immediately presented the incident as a murder perpetrated by "Jewish settlers."

Abbas' advisor Al-Einein presented today's murders of Jews as a "response" to "the assassination" of the bus driver:

"Pictures from the scene of the heroic operation (i.e., the Jerusalemsynagogue terror attack) at the religious Zionist institute, in response to the assassination of Martyr (Shahid) Yussuf Al-Ramouni 'Abu Jihad.'"

[Facebook page of Fatah Central Committee member

Sultan Abu Al-Einein, Nov. 18, 2014]

Another Facebook page, possibly connected to Fatah, "Palestinian National Liberation Movement - Fatah," posted graphic pictures from the murder scene and wrote the following: "Pictures from the heroic operation (i.e., thesynagogue terror attack) in Jerusalem. Yesterday, they said 'Death to the Arabs,' but they didn't realize that it was 'Death to the Jews.'" [Facebook page of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement - Fatah", Nov. 18, 2014]

Palestinian Media Watch has reported on Al-Einein's continuous glorification of murderers of Israeli civilians.

These responses by Fatah and Abbas' advisor glorifying the killings of innocent Israelis contradict the official response from Abbas and the Palestinian Authority, which condemned the attack:

"The President's [Abbas'] Office has always condemned the murder of citizens on any side, and today, it condemns the murder of the worshippers in the synagogue in West Jerusalem." [WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Nov. 18, 2014]

The announcement indirectly blamed Israel for the murders in that it went on to demand "an end to the invasions of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the provocations of the settlers, and the incitement on the part of several Israeli ministers."

This is not the first time the PA and Abbas' advisors transmit contradictory messages. PMW reported that while one advisor assured that Abbas was "making sure that our people is not drawn into a cycle of violence and counter-violence", his other advisor was heating up the atmosphere for more terror attacks by praising as "heroic Martyrs" terrorists who killed four and wounded dozens.

Similarly, Fatah's spokesman Ahmad Assaf said in a statement to the press that "the attack was the natural result of the Israeli violations in Jerusalem." [Russia Today news site in Arabic, Nov. 18, 2014]

The following are the graphic images from the terrorist attack this morning posted by Fatah and Abbas' advisor on Facebook:

Fatah Central Committee member Sultan Abu Al-Einein posted the following photo and text on his Facebook page:

Text: "Pictures from the scene of the heroic operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack) at the religious Zionist institute, in response to the assassination of Martyr (Shahid) Yussuf Al-Ramouni 'Abu Jihad.'"

This picture of the two dead terrorists was also posted on Al-Einein's Facebook page:

Text: "The enemy media: Martyrs (Shahids) Ghassan and Uday Abu Jamal, cousins from Jabal Mukkaber, who carried out the heroic operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack)."

The following are longer excerpts of the reports mentioned above:

"The President's [Abbas'] Office has always condemned the murder of citizens on any side, and today, it condemns the murder of the worshippers in the synagogue in West Jerusalem. In addition, it condemns all acts of violence regardless of their source, and demands an end to the invasions of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the provocations of the settlers, and the incitement on the part of several Israeli ministers.

In addition, the President's Office emphasizes that the time has come to end the occupation and eliminate the causes of the tension and violence. We emphasize our commitment to a just solution based on the two-state solution, in keeping with the resolutions of the international institutions, and to preserving the atmosphere of calm and the understandings reached with [Jordanian] King Abdallah II and with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Amman [in November 2014]."

[WAFA (the official Palestinian news agency), Nov. 18, 2014]

"Fatah's parliamentary faction welcomed the Jerusalem operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack), which was carried out by two residents from Jabal Mukkaber, and caused the deaths of four settlers. These statements were made by Fatah faction spokesman and member of PA Parliament (Legislative Council) Jamal Tirawi, who emphasized that the faction welcomed the Martyrdom-seeking (Istish'had) operation in Jerusalem, and was escorting the Martyrs (Shahids) of the Abu Jamal family to Paradise.

Fatah's parliamentary faction emphasized that this operation was carried out as part of the Palestinian response to the occupation's massacres and incitement, its invasions of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and prohibition of Muslims from entering it; the settlers' rampages [carried out] under the protection of a well-trained occupying army in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and to the oppression and racism against our people in the occupied interior (i.e., Israel)."

[Donia Al-Watan News website, Nov. 18, 2014]

"Responding to the operation (i.e., the Jerusalem synagogue terror attack) that resulted in the deaths of the two men who had carried it out, Fatah spokesman Ahmad Assaf said in a statement to the press that 'the attack was the natural result of the Israeli violations in Jerusalem.' In addition, Assaf emphasized that 'the Netanyahu government is leading us into a cycle of violence.'... Hamas welcomed the operation, and said it was a natural response to the Israeli actions."

Clashes in Jerusalem spurred by rumors of Palestinian bus driver's 'lynching'
32-year-old Egged employee found hanged in bus in city's west; police say no signs of foul play though Palestinian reports and deceased's family claim he was killed by Jews

Buses at the Egged bus depot next to the Kanyon Har Hotzvim shopping mall. Photo by Wikimedia Commons Clashes broke out in East Jerusalem overnight after the body of a 32-year-old Palestinian Egged bus driver was found hanged in a bus depot in the West Jerusalem area of Har Hotzfim late Sunday night. Palestinian media sources have identified the deceased as Yusuf Hassan al-Ramouni, a resident of East Jerusalem's Ras al-Amud neighborhood and father of two. As of Monday morning, Jerusalem police said there were no signs of foul play or violence in the case. Witnesses told Palestinian news agency Maan that Ramouni was killed by settlers and Al-Quds newspaper reported that the driver was "lynched" by six Jewish men. A wave of rumors has since spread on social networks among Palestinian users.  Ramouni was supposed to begin his scheduled 57 route at 9:20 P.M. and, at 10 P.M., another driver found his body hanging in the center of the bus from a thin chord. Relatives of the deceased took photos of his body that they claim show signs of violence. Ramouni's family claim he had no reason to commit suicide as he was not facing any crises. Collegues of Ramouni said that Palestinian bus drivers have long been subjected to violence by Jews.  However, according to a preliminary report, Israel Police suspect suicide, and claim no signs of violence were found on Ramouni. His body has been transferred from Hadassah Hospital to Abu Kabir Forensic Insitutute in Tel Aviv for an autopsy.
CCTV footage from the bus depot may prove crucial in proving or disproving the two conflicting causes of death.

"Flag of Palestine" graphic going viral

http://www.elderofziyon.blogspot.nl/2014/11/flag-of-palestine-graphic-going-viral.html

This story from Factual Israel has been making the rounds:

This a Larousse French dictionary from 1939. In the appendix it lists all the then current flags of the world in alphabetical order. You’ll notice that for Germany at that time the flag was the Nazi one replete with Zwastika which proves that this was pre-1945 ( before 1945) ! .

Now, alphabetically, look for the Palestinian Flag. YES , there is one. What does it look like? Surprised? Oh, but you thought (Mandate Jewish) Palestine was an Islamic Arab-Turkish-, Circassian Sovereign State that the bad Jews took over , right?

I posted this graphic on Twitter and it has been retweeted over 200 times so far:

Now, that was not really the official flag of Palestine during the British Mandate. This was:

But it looks like a few Zionist flags were accepted quasi-officially as flags of Palestine as the entire world associated Palestine with Jews.

Wikipedia:

The Colonial British flag was not legal under the articles of the Mandate[1], and was used by Britain that tried to colonialize Palestine. The British flag of Colonial Palestine was not recognized by the League of Nations, the legal recognized flag was the flag of Mandatory Palestine. The Legal and recognized flag as shown in the Larousse 1924-1939 edition was the Flag with blue and white and a yellow David Star.[2][3]

Union Flag

Palestine ensign

During the British Mandate for Palestine from 1920 until 1948, the de facto flag was the Union Flag or Union Jack of the United Kingdom, but several localized flags existed for Mandate government departments and government officials. The only Palestine-specific flag not restricted to official government use was the Palestine ensign (red with the Union Flag in the canton, and a white circle on the fly with the mandate's name inside it), which was flown by ships registered in the British Mandate territory during the period 1927–1948. This flag had an extremely limited use on land, and was not embraced by either the Arabs or the Jews of the Palestine mandate territory. It was based on the BritishRed Ensign (civil ensign) instead of the Blue Ensign (used as the basis for the flags of nearly all other British-ruled territories in Africa and Asia), since it was only intended for use at sea by non-government ships.[4][5]

Israelisch Knessetlid bezoekt en claimt Tempelberg: "We own this place"

“Jews are not allowed to pray at Al-Aqsa because this is a place of worship for Muslims. While this is a 70-dunam site, every single meter is holy to Islam."

An Israeli MK visits the Temple Mount, yet Muslims are happy

http://www.elderofziyon.blogspot.nl/2014/11/an-israeli-mk-visits-temple-mount-yet.html

Usually, when Israeli members of Knesset visit the Temple Mount, it causes an international incident. No matter how respectful they are, no matter of their entire tour is silent, it causes screaming headlines in the Arab world and even in the mainstream media.

But yesterday am Israeli MK ignored calls from the government for calm, visited the Mount, made provocative statements, and yet caused no controversy in the Arab world.

Because this MK is Muslim.

Despite calls to calm tensions in Jerusalem and at the Temple Mount, Arab MK Ahmed Tibi (UAL-Ta'al) arrived at al-Aqsa mosque over the weekend declaring: "We own this place."

He was received favorably by Muslim worshippers who told him he was "better than all the Arab leaders in the world."

Tibi was treated like a hero on his visit to the holy site. Worshippers told Tibi he was a great Arab leader "because of your strong positions." He has visited the site several times during the recent period of tension.

Tibi visited the European Parliament two weeks ago in order to express what he said were Israeli violations at al-Aqsa mosque.

He claimed that some Israeli politicians were "pyromaniacs that cannot be restrained" and said that "they inflame the situation in Jerusalem without thinking about the consequences."

Two weeks ago, Tibi said "Jews are not allowed to pray at Al-Aqsa because this is a place of worship for Muslims. While this is a 70-dunam site, every single meter is holy to Islam."

Then, as now, there were no infuriated Westerners aghast at this insult to Jews and Judaism, no one calling on him to act with restraint, no one saying that he was inciting violence.

The rules are different for Arabs and Jews. Not for Israelis and non-Israelis, not Zionists and anti-Zionists - but between Arabs and Jews.

Biddende Joden bedreiging voor Tempelberg?

http://www.israel-palestina.info/actueel/2014/11/15/biddende-joden-bedreiging-voor-tempelberg/

Ratna Pelle, Nijmegen

http://www.israel-palestina.info/actueel/2014/11/15/alternatieve-kristallnachtherdenking-heeft-meer-aandacht-voor-moslims-dan-voor-joden/

IS
